At Accent Foot Fashions, we aim to provide a reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping experience for all customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
  • Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time: We currently offer Standard Shipping.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates: We charge a flat $5.99 Standard Shipping charge on all orders.

Shipping Locations: Accent Foot Fashions currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with major and reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, including:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and order details.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation and Responsibility: An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided.

Once shipped, we will work with the carrier to resolve delivery issues. However, we will assist customers in resolving any delivery issues when possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Accent Foot Fashions is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional charges may apply to reship the order.

Order Changes or Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delays: While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier transportation issues
  • High seasonal demand

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or has not arrived within the delivery timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@accentfootfashions.com immediately.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Taxes and Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
