At Accent Foot Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that are worn, used, damaged after delivery
  • Returned without original packaging where applicable
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@accentfootfashions.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions with a prepaid return label by email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 701 E Gregory St, Pensacola FL 32502, United States

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: For approved returns, Accent Foot Fashions provides a prepaid return shipping label by email.
  • Customers are not charged return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@accentfootfashions.com immediately.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges: We also accept exchanges within 30 days. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at support@accentfootfashions.com with your order details and the replacement item you'd like.

 

Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, or once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
